Terms of Service

Effective: October 17, 2026. Last updated: October 18, 2026.

For accounts created before October 17, 2026, this version applies from November 16, 2026. Until then the previous version applies: read it here.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

EndzoneAPI is run by OWSH Unlimited LLC, a New York limited liability company based in Buffalo, New York ("OWSH", "we", "us").

We run a family of sports data services: PuckAPI (hockey), EndzoneAPI (football), DunkAPI (basketball), FastballAPI (baseball), StrikerAPI (soccer), AcesAPI (tennis), BirdieAPI (golf), FighterAPI (UFC), and the hub at sportsdatahq.com (the "Services"). These terms cover all of them. When you use EndzoneAPI, "the Service" means EndzoneAPI and its website, API, MCP server and dashboard.

You accept these terms when you create an account (section 17). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you can bind that company, and "you" means the company. Our Privacy Policy at endzoneapi.com/privacy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to make a binding contract where you live. If you bet, meeting the legal betting age where you live (21 in most U.S. states) is your responsibility. We may close an account we learn belongs to someone under 18.

You must follow the laws that apply to you. You may not use the Service if the law bars you, including U.S. sanctions or export rules.

3. Your account and keys

You need an account. You give us a real email address and keep your details accurate. We verify your email before we issue a key.

Your API keys and sign-in details are yours alone. Keep them private. Do not post them in public code or share them. You are responsible for everything done with your keys until you revoke them. If you think a key leaked, revoke it on your keys page and tell us at support@endzoneapi.com. We may revoke a key that has leaked or is being abused, and we will tell you when we can.

If you connect an AI app to EndzoneAPI, you let that app call the Service for you. You can disconnect it at any time on your keys page. The app's own terms govern what it does with the data it receives.

4. Credits and plans

The Service runs on credits. Each call costs credits at the rates on our pricing page and in the tool descriptions. Rate limits and quotas are listed in our documentation and may change; a call that exceeds them may be refused.

Free credits. New accounts start with 500 free credits, no card. If your email is verified and you have no active or past-due paid subscription, then within about 3 days after each monthly anniversary of your signup we top your total balance (plan and top-up credits together) up to 500 if it is lower. It does not stack or roll over, and you receive nothing if your balance is already 500 or more. Free credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded.

Subscriptions. Starter ($19 a month, 10,000 credits), Pro ($49 a month, 30,000 credits) and Scale ($149 a month, 125,000 credits). Prices are in U.S. dollars and may exclude taxes. Plan credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. We spend plan credits first; once they run out, calls draw from your top-up (wallet) balance. Unused plan credits end when the subscription ends; top-up credits stay.

Top-up (wallet) credits. You can buy credits at checkout in set amounts from $5 to $500, at the rate shown there (currently 400 credits per dollar). Top-up credits do not expire while your account is open. They are not money, a deposit or a stored-value card, earn no interest and cannot be transferred. A change to credit costs or rates does not reduce credits you already bought.

When a call does not work. If a call fails because of an error on our side, or a search finds nothing, we normally return the credits automatically. This is a courtesy, not a promise that any call will be free. If you think you were charged wrongly, email us as soon as you can; this does not limit your rights with your card issuer.

5. Billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds

Payments go through Stripe. We never see your full card number. By buying, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method.

Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel, at the price shown when you subscribe. At checkout we show the price, how often you are charged, that it renews until you cancel, and how to cancel. After you subscribe we email you those terms and how to cancel.

To cancel, use the billing page in your dashboard, or email support@endzoneapi.com. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. You keep your plan until then and we do not charge you again.

Changing plans. An upgrade is charged immediately and, once payment succeeds, adds the difference between the two monthly credit allowances. A downgrade takes effect at renewal, keeps your current credits until then, and carries no proration refund.

Pausing. You can pause a subscription from the billing page. While it is paused, renewal charges are voided, so you are not charged and no new plan credits are issued; you can resume at any time. Pausing is not cancelling.

Failed payments. If a charge fails, we email you and our payment processor may retry it. If it stays unpaid after the retries, we may end the subscription, and your account then returns to the free tier.

Taxes. You pay any sales, use, VAT or similar taxes on your purchases. We add them where the law requires.

Refunds. We refund only in these cases:

Subscription fees are otherwise not refundable, including for a partly used period. Free credits are never refundable. We do not refund a subscription because a league, season or field you wanted is not covered, so check the coverage pages before you subscribe. Statements elsewhere on our site, in emails or in support replies add no refunds unless OWSH confirms them in writing. To ask, email support@endzoneapi.com from your account email. We start the refund within 10 business days, to the original payment method; your bank may take longer to post it.

Chargebacks. Please contact us first. If you dispute a valid charge, we may suspend your account while it is resolved.

6. Changes to prices, credit rates and the Service

We may change plan prices, top-up rates, credit costs and what a plan includes. For a change that raises what you pay on a paid plan, we email you about 30 days before it takes effect, and it applies from your next billing period. You can cancel at any time before then. If we charge you a higher price you have not agreed to, you may cancel within 14 days after that charge and we will refund it pro rata.

We may add, change or remove data, tools, leagues and features, and we may retire a Service. If we make a breaking change to a tool on a paid plan, we announce it in the changelog or by email, normally 30 days ahead. Features marked beta or preview are provided as is and may change or end at any time. If we retire a paid Service, we refund as described in section 5.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for personal projects, research, analysis, and commercial apps, websites and tools you build. You may not:

  1. share, sell, post or lend your API keys, or let others use your account to avoid paying;
  2. get around rate limits, credit metering, quotas or other limits, including by making many accounts;
  3. resell, repackage or redistribute the data as a standalone product, feed, file, dataset or API, or build a service that competes with EndzoneAPI using our data. Showing data, including individual odds, to your own end users in your own app, website or dashboard is fine, and so are storing it, deriving values from it and using it for research or model training;
  4. redistribute odds, lines or prices as a raw or bulk feed, API, export, file or dataset, since third-party sources limit how their data may be used (section 9);
  5. scrape the website or use automated access outside the API and MCP server;
  6. say or suggest that the data is official league data, that EndzoneAPI or any league, team, player, governing body or sportsbook endorses you, or that we take part in what you do with the data. You are solely responsible for how you present and use the data, and for your own products and users;
  7. attack, probe, overload or reverse engineer the Service, or try to get into other accounts;
  8. use the Service to break any law, including gambling, advertising, consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property law;
  9. use the Service to market gambling to anyone under the legal age, or anywhere it is not allowed.

Data we label as open-licensed (for example nflverse) stays under its own license, and nothing in this section restricts what that license allows. If you show betting-related information, you are responsible for the gambling and advertising laws that apply to you. We may monitor use for abuse and to enforce these terms.

College and amateur athletes. Data about college and amateur athletes, including their player prop lines, is provided for research and analysis. Some states prohibit betting on an individual college athlete's performance; following the rules where you are is your responsibility. You may not use the Service to harass, threaten or target any athlete, official or other person.

8. What we are, and what we are not

The Service is a data product. It is not gambling, a gambling device or a sports pool. We are not a sportsbook, bookmaker or betting exchange. We do not take, place or facilitate bets, hold funds, pay out winnings or settle wagers. We have no affiliation with, and receive no payment from, any sportsbook. Sportsbook names identify only where a price came from.

The Service does not give picks, tips, or betting, financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Ratings, models, probabilities and expected goals are statistical estimates, not recommendations, and are not guaranteed to be accurate or profitable. Past results, including results against past lines, do not predict future outcomes.

Data is provided on a best-effort basis. It may be wrong, late, incomplete, duplicated or changed after the fact, it can differ between sources and endpoints, and it may not match official league statistics or final records. Odds are indicative and may differ from what a sportsbook offers. Wagering offerings referenced in our data are not offered by us and may not be lawful or available where you are; check your local law and the operator's license before you bet. Check with the sportsbook or the official source before you act, and do not rely on the Service alone for any time-critical, financial, wagering, grading or settlement decision.

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, in New York call 1-877-8-HOPENY (1-877-846-7369) or text HOPENY (467369). Elsewhere in the U.S., call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), or chat at ncpgambling.org.

9. Data sources, third-party rights and marks

We assemble data from public websites and feeds, open datasets (such as nflverse, licensed CC BY 4.0) and data providers we pay for, and add our own calculations, ratings and models. We are not the original producer of sports facts and not an official data provider for any league. We do not use confidential or leaked information, and we do not log in to other people's accounts to get data.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any league, team, player, governing body or sportsbook. Names, logos and marks belong to their owners and we license none of them to you. A name in a data field gives you no right to use the logo or mark.

If you republish nflverse data, credit nflverse as its license requires. Third-party sources can change or stop without notice, which may change or interrupt the Service. Some sources limit how their data may be used; you agree to pass those limits on to your own users, and we will tell you about them when they apply to data you use.

10. Our rights and yours

We own the Service: the software, website, documentation, our ratings and models, and how we select and arrange data. We do not own the underlying facts or third-party marks. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service and, to the extent we are allowed to give it, the data under these terms. You may not copy or reverse engineer the software. You keep what you build. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

Inactive accounts. If an account has not signed in or made a call for 24 months, we may close it after emailing you 30 days ahead, and we refund any unused top-up balance. If we cannot refund it to the original payment method, we hold it and refund it when you contact us, and otherwise handle it as the law requires.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We aim for high uptime and regular updates but guarantee neither. There is no service level agreement unless we sign one with you. Update schedules are targets, not promises.

Live and near-live data. Anything described as live, hourly or real-time is best effort only. It may arrive seconds, minutes or hours late, out of order, or change after delivery, and refresh rates can vary. We are not responsible for losses from data being late, stale, out of order, corrected or interrupted.

12. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  1. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL.
  2. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS FROM BETTING, WAGERING, TRADING OR INVESTING, OR FROM DECISIONS YOU MAKE USING THE DATA, EVEN IF THE DATA WAS WRONG, LATE OR MISSING.
  3. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR $100.
  4. We are not in breach, and not liable, for failures or delays caused by events outside our control, including outages at upstream data sources, hosts or payment providers. This does not remove any refund we owe under section 5.

These limits do not apply to our gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud, or where the law does not allow them. They also do not reduce any refund owed under these terms or any remedy you cannot waive by law.

13. Indemnity

If you use the Service in a business, app or product you offer to others, you will defend us against third-party claims, and pay the resulting damages and reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these terms, your use of the data against the law or a third party's rights, or what you build with it. This does not apply to individuals using the Service for their own purposes.

14. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the Service at any time, and delete your account by emailing support@endzoneapi.com from your account address.

We may suspend or end your access: immediately if we reasonably think you are abusing the Service, breaking section 7, putting the Service or others at risk, using a leaked key, or if the law requires it; otherwise on 14 days' email notice, or at once if we retire the Service. If we end paid access without cause, or suspend it and it turns out you did not break these terms, we refund as described in section 5. If we end it because you broke these terms, we refund unused top-up credits but not subscription fees, unless the law or card rules let us keep them for fraud.

When your account closes we revoke your keys and delete or anonymize your account data on the schedule in our Privacy Policy, keeping billing records as the law requires. Data you stored while your account was open can still be used for your own internal purposes under section 7 after it closes. Sections 5 (amounts owed and chargebacks), 7, 9, 10 (our ownership and your feedback), 11, 12, 13, 16, 18 and 19 survive.

15. Changes to these terms

For a material change, we email the address on your account and update the date at the top, at least 30 days before it takes effect. If the change is materially worse for you, you can cancel before it takes effect and we refund the unused part of your current subscription period and your unused top-up credits. Fixes, new features and legally required changes may take effect sooner. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept it. A change does not apply to a dispute that began before it.

16. Governing law and courts

New York law governs these terms. Any lawsuit must be filed in the state courts in Erie County, New York, or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, including the small claims court where you live. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes protections that the law where you live does not allow you to give up. Before suing, please email support@endzoneapi.com and give us 30 days to fix it; this is a request, not a condition.

17. How you accept these terms

When you create an account, the sign-up screen links to these terms and the Privacy Policy next to the button, and creating the account means you agree to them. We record when you accepted and which version. Connecting an AI app or buying a plan shows the same link.
